Farai Kadyamoto is a Governance and Human Rights Activist from Zambia specializing in civic engagement, political education, communications, and grassroots mobilization. He currently serves as Communications and Mobilization Officer for Fight Inequality Alliance Zambia and is pursuing a degree in Development Studies and Political Science at the University of Zambia. He also holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
A graduate in Media and Radio Ethics from the Zack Chavula Memorial Academy, Farai uses storytelling and digital media to amplify community voices and advance campaigns for economic justice, accountability, and democratic participation.
He has organized and facilitated political education trainings under Fight Inequality Alliance Zambia and contributed to major national actions including Better Than Davos, the People’s Assembly, and civic campaigns such as the Fix ZESCO protest.
Farai is a 2025 Alumni of the Fight Inequality Alliance Global Organizing School, a graduate of the Gold Training in Mobilising, Organising, and Storytelling, and holds certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Organising and Mobilising, Storytelling, and YALI programs.
He is also a public speaker who has participated in different leadership and public speaking platforms, including the CUTS Lusaka Women’s Day Debates, the Junior President Leadership and Public Speaking Competition in 2015, and the People’s President Leadership Training in 2020.
